Patrick is a global business executive having served clients in the energy space in over 40 countries. A graduate of the GE field engineer program, he started reducing outage duration at nuclear plants saving $1musd / day. Later, he led commercial teams serving gas turbine clients with technology innovation leading to life extension and efficiency savings. One of the first GE six sigma black belts and master black belts, he worked with teams to model gas turbine repair and build out global repair capability, moving the business from transactional to performance-based contracts.
The next 12 years largely served the oil/gas space, leading progressively larger business units, integrating 10 acquisitions (~$1busd) and building global leadership teams. A passionate leader and coach, he was asked to move to Aberdeen, Scotland to support the subsea business with such efforts. Upon returning to the USA, he ran successive business units in motors and switchgear, doubling returns with sales force effectiveness and operational excellence programs.
Most recently he has established his own consulting business serving clients as a strategic advisor for energy software / AI solutions, training / development programs building expertise and project development & investment in energy / infrastructure

Chuck Headington is a Business Development executive with 30 years of experience in oil and gas. Experienced in the upstream, midstream, and downstream commercial areas in the crude oil, natural gas, natural gas liquids (NGL) and liquefied natural gas (LNG) markets. He’s completed strategic Midstream infrastructure greenfield/brownfield development projects of over $2.5B. Successfully working with customer development of producers and end-users, with P&L responsibilities over $1.0B annually, and management of production fields and midstream of nearly 1Bcf/day.

He has worked in numerous staff, supervisory and managerial assignments in areas including reservoir and production engineering, corporate business and strategic planning, LNG asset/project development and LNG and natural gas marketing & trading and contract negotiations. AG graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering.

Janna has 20 years of experience as an engineer in a variety of industries: LNG, oil and gas, power generation, and pulp & paper. In her role as either a process engineer or a project manager, Janna has been involved in projects of various sizes, from small conceptual design through to multi-million dollar design-build projects. A snapshot of her responsibilities have included permitting, regulatory compliance, P&ID development, process modelling and HAZOP facilitation along with technical support and training. Janna currently sits on the CSA Z276 Technical Committee where, as sub-committee chair, she led a team of industry experts in the rewrite of CSA Z276 Annex B in order to provide code requirements that are better suited to small LNG facilities models.
