Q: Why do you believe in Capstone ITS and the work we do?

A: "I co-founded Capstone ITS to make a difference in this world: to reduce incidents in heavy industry, increase overall plant efficiency, and empower a global workforce facing disruptions in new technology and a retiring baby boomer generation. I believe in Capstone ITS because we have a unique, talented and diverse team that is agile and able to work together efficiently and effectively to solve the growing complexity of client’s needs and an ever-changing global environment."

Q: Why do you think the work we do is essential in today's industrial landscape?

A: "Incidents in similar industries (e.g. Deepwater Horizon oil spill, 2010) can be catastrophic and extremely damaging to anyone and anything surrounding them. These incidents can stem from simple mistakes, but be very costly to fix and have everlasting effects on people and the environment. By providing material/training to these facilities, Capstone can help reduce the chance of dangerous incidents caused by human error and increase reliability in a plant."

Q: How does your role contribute to Capstone ITS meeting and exceeding client expectations?

A: "Working alongside a visionary CEO & Co-Founder and a globally experienced Capstone ITS team, I keep our corporate growth and performance strategy front-and-center while guiding day-to-day business operations to ensure we continue to deliver unprecedented value to all clients. I am inspired daily by our team and company-wide commitment to a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement and I aim to encourage all Capstone ITS team members to take part in the operating efficiency and effective growth of our organization."

Q: How does your role contribute to Capstone ITS meeting and exceeding client expectations?

A: "I oversee all elements of Capstone ITS technology deployment and data management infrastructure, including cyber security, to ensure that we remain efficient and effective in delivering client requirements. Specifically, I ensure we stay up to date on all current technology trends and that these are regularly integrated into current and future systems. Technology is at the core of the Capstone ITS ideology and my role is to ensure we all understand the innovative and value-add effects it can have on organizations at large and that we can effectively communicate them with clients."
